Do you sell brand medicines or generic pills?
We offer both generic and branded types of medication. You may order any version, though generic production is many times cheaper due to the lack of promotions, which inflates the cost of a good. Generic brands are designed to be substitutes for more expensive brand-name goods.
What medications do you sell?
Please review the section entitled products in your browser, a full list of medications are available there, some medications are considered controlled substances, the law requires that before these medicines can be dispensed that you undergo a physical exam, this means we cannot sell them online. Such medicines include Valium, Lorazepam, Ativan, Diazepam, Clonazepam, Klonopin and others.
What does Generic stand for?
Generic means using a different name for the same ingredients. The contents of the pills are absolutely the same in our generic version as in the branded analogue.
Why is your product so cheap?
There is a number of reasons for that. We do not spend anything on marketing, there are no taxes to be paid as the product comes into the country unregistered, the manufacturer is located in an offshore zone and the production costs are way lower. No child labor is used.
Why does the name printed on the pill differ from the branded one?
The name you see printed on the pill is the active ingredient used there. The contents of generic pills are absolutely the same as in the branded versions. The only difference is in the name. Manufacturers of generic drugs cannot use brand names on their pharmaceuticals as that would be the breach of copyright while using the well known ingredients is absolutely legal.
Why does the shape of the pill differ from the shape of the branded one?
Shapes differ for exactly the same reason as listed in the question above. The shape of the pill is the intellectual property of the manufacturer and reproducing it will qualify as a breach of copyright as well.
What is the difference between Soft and Regular tabs?
The difference lays in the speed of action (Soft tabs act faster than the Regular ones) and in the zone of absorption. Soft tabs dissolve under the tongue that allows you to take alcohol or eat fatty foods prior to the sexual intercourse, with regular tabs drinking is strongly not recommended.
What is the package like?
The pills come in one or more blister packs containing 10 pills each. All orders under 60 pills are shipped in one package. Large orders can be split in 2 packs and come in 2 separate envelopes.
Will you be offering other products in the future?
If you need a product which is not mentioned at our site, you can let us know of the product you are interested in and we will try our best to add it to our list as soon as possible.
Are the products you offer FDA approved?
The products we sell are manufactured and shipped from India. All of them are approved by INDIAN FDA for export.
What happens when I submit my order?
Your order is dispatched through our order system to a licensed physician who will review the information you have submitted and approve or decline your request.
When your order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and our ordering system will ensure that it is sent to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped.
Can I pay by other methods? Do you accept cheques, Paypal, cash?
We accept only credit cards and Echecks. This way we can process your order within a very short period of time. As soon as your payment is approved by our processing centre, your merchandise is ready to be packed and sent out.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, AmEx and E-Checks.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed and accepted by our billing department.
Rest assured that our online order system makes use of the latest Security encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information is submitted safely and with the highest level of protection. All of our computer systems undergo regular security checks to ensure that our ordering system is properly protected.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped we cannot cancel your order and issue a refund immediately. Please refer to the current cancellation policy in the terms & conditions section of our order page for more information.
What is SSL Encryption and why is it required?
SSL Encryption or Https is a technique used to safeguard private information which is sent via Internet. To prove the site's legitimacy, the SSL encryption uses a PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) - public/private key, to encrypt IDs, documents, or messages to securely transmit the information in the World Wide Web. In order to show that our transmission is encrypted, most browsers will display a small icon that would look like a pad "lock" or a key and the URL begins with "https" instead of "http". SSL Encryption or https from a digital certification authority will help secure the web site with confidential information on web.
Do you have any age restriction?
Unfortunately, we do not sell the goods to persons less than 18 years old.
How do you ship orders?
We can offer 2 shipping methods at the moment:
Trackable Courier Service and International Registered Airmail.
To what countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
What if my order is delayed at customs?
If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will resolve the problem.
What am I to do if the package is damaged when I receive it or if it is missing?
In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment. See our policies section.
When will my package arrive?
We offer two types of delivery - Airmail (US Postal Service for USA customers) and Courier Delivery. The usual waiting time for Airmail shipping is 2-3 weeks (package may be delivered earlier). The EMS Courier Delivery waiting period is 5-7 business days.
I haven't received a confirmation mail. Why?
There may be two reasons. You may have provided incorrect e-mail address during order procedure. Also confirmation email might have been blocked by spam filter. Your mailbox may be also overfilled.
My payment is declined. What is the reason?
Please, make sure, you have provided the correct payment information, your credit card company allows you to make online payments and there are enough funds to cover the current transaction.
May I change the type of shipping?
Packages are sent within 24 hours after order placement. If you decide to change the shipping type, please contact our support department. There is no way to change delivery type, when the package has already been sent.
Will I have to sign for the package?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery and there's nobody to sign instead, you will be left a notice to collect the package at your local post office.
Is there any way to track my order?
You may check the order status if you log into our support site. Also we provide tracking information for all packages shipped via Courier. Within several days after shipping the package, you will receive your tracking number and the web-link to check the status online.
I have waited for the stated time period and haven't received my package.
Airmail shipping shouldn't take more than 3 weeks and Courier over 10 days. If you still haven't received the package, please contact your post office, the package may be there. If there is still no package, please contact our shipping department.
I received one part of the order, where is the rest?
If you have placed a large order, we may have divided it into to several packages during shipping. Please, wait for the other package arrival.
