CLEANING THE MIND

Cleansing your body with proper nutrition, we must at the same time clear our thoughts. If thoughts are clogged, if they do not go in the right direction – they impede the normal flow of energy and do not allow to come to harmony, even if our food is correct. Moreover, eating right becomes difficult, almost impossible in the case when there is no order in thoughts, when our mind is clogged. A cluttered mind keeps pushing us towards inappropriate food. When the mind is clear, we are satisfied with clean and healthy food and do not want anything else.

The first thing we have to do to purify the mind is to become grateful to Nature, the World, the Universe.
We come from the universe and go into it. Without nature, without land, we would not exist. But can we be grateful? Are we grateful for seeing the sun, sky, clouds, trees? When we eat, are we grateful to nature for sending us this food? Can we feel sincere appreciation? We all need to thank each day of our existence for letting us live it. We all need to thank each other, and especially our loved ones, for being with us. Start the day with thanks, end the day with thanks. And health will not turn away from you.
The second thing we must do to purify the mind is to learn humility.

Is it too often we say the word “I”? Do not too often boast – their knowledge, or position in society, or virtues, even true? The great sages said of themselves: “I know nothing.” Even the great sages said: “I am nobody.” And it was from them that the greatest strength, the greatest wisdom and the greatest calmness emanated. In the face of the universe, we are all equal. If it seems to us that we possess something more than other people, that we are taller and better than them, this is an illusion. We come to Earth with nothing and leave with nothing. And the one who understands this, he maintains the purity of his judgment, he does not dirty his thoughts with illusions about his imaginary superiority. Even our thoughts do not belong to us – they come and go. Even our feelings are transient. Transient and all earthly wealth. Therefore, do not want much. We must be content with what we have, remembering that
and it can be taken away. This will be humility. Tell yourself often: “I have nothing,” “I don’t know anything,” “I am nobody.” And then the spirit will get stronger and be magnified to the size of the Universe. For the one who has nothing is the one, and only he, as a result, can own everything.

Realizing this, you will begin a new life and be happy. Pride, aggression will go away, a feeling of superiority will go away. And sometimes it is in this pledge of healing and salvation. A proud man will never take a remedy from the hands of someone he considers lower than himself. Or maybe it was in this remedy that his salvation from death was concealed. A humble person will accept help from anyone – even from someone who suits him as a grandchild, even from someone who has significantly less education and public merit. And it will be thanks to this saved.

The third thing we need to do to clear the mind is to get rid of bad memories.
All of us are often haunted by bad memories – about the sad events of the past, about relationships with people who are no longer in our lives. Bad memories create bad energy in our body, violate energy balance and force to violate the laws of nature, in which everything is harmonious. Do not let bad thoughts, think only about the good. If you are offended by some people or they have caused you evil in the past and your bad memories are connected with them – try to forgive them and make peace with them; if possible, establish friendships; if it is impossible to forgive and forget about them, do not let them obscure your energy and distort its flow. If you are offended with yourself for what is not as good as you would like, you were led to the past, you have to forgive yourself, too, because bad thoughts about yourself only harm you more, distort the energy and cause illness.

If it is difficult to feel gratitude

Sometimes it happens that positive thoughts come to our minds with difficulty, and it is much easier out of habit to feel anger or rage, resentment or discontent … It happens that it is difficult to forgive yourself and others. Meanwhile, there is nothing more natural in the world, like a friendly, calm, joyful attitude towards oneself and towards other people. And if this does not work out right away, you can learn it.

Exercise “Feel the grace”

Starting position: sit quietly, relax and focus all your attention on breathing.

Imagine that breathing is a warm ray of light that you inhale and exhale. Gently illuminate your whole body with this ray.

Direct the beam to the center of the chest, in the region of the heart.
When breathing in, imagine that with this ray you send warmth, love and kindness to your heart. Attach to this ray the thought: “I wish myself goodness and happiness” or: “I will be happy”, “I am peaceful”.

Exhaling, imagine how the very feeling of happiness and tranquility that you sent to your heart is now radiating from the heart, from the whole body to the outside. With this radiation, radiate out the thought: “May other people be happy.”

After taking a few breaths and exhalations with a wish of happiness for yourself and others, start breathing in and out with a wish to forgive yourself and others. As you exhale, try to drop any tension, anxiety, or other negative moods. Imagine how your body is freed from everything negative and filled with positive.

Frequently send a ray of light to your heart along with your breath and with the wish of kindness and love. You will notice that it is much easier to manifest your virtues and the alarm goes away – the Earth. Metal Energy is associated with sadness and grief. Just as it is impossible to overcome anxiety with joy, it is also impossible to overcome it with sadness and grief. Sadness and grief will only increase anxiety. To overcome it, it is necessary to use the feelings of anger and fear – that is, the energy of Water and Tree.
