Menu Design Tips
There are so many people in the world, each with their own taste, that it is very difficult to recommend something specific in the hope that everyone will follow it.
As I said, I do not eat breakfast. Towards noon, I have the first meal consisting of fresh and boiled fruits, such as apricots, prunes, apples.
For lunch I eat fresh salad, as well as a dish of boiled greens, including spinach, cabbage, Swiss cabbage or green mustard.
This is what I call green vegetables, and then I add yellow vegetables, such as sweet potatoes or yellow mashed potatoes. To this I add some ground sunflower seeds.
For dinner, I usually cook myself a raw vegetable salad from different types of vegetables. He also eats baked potatoes and baked carrots. In other words, I take my list of vegetables, choose raw vegetables for salad and, in addition to raw ones, add boiled vegetables. I also add some peanut butter.
I have been following my diet for many years now, but I don’t urge anyone to follow my diet right away, without a preparatory period. The process of transition to this diet should be long.
